| While this tutorial deals specifically with Microsoft Outlook 2003, the same principles apply to other versions of Microsoft Outlook where similar settings can be found.
Step 1. Open Microsoft Outlook and select "Tools" > "E-mail Accounts" from the main menu.

Step 2. The E-mail Accounts Wizard will open. Select the "Add a new e-mail account" option then click "Next".

Step 3. On the "Server Type" screen select "POP3" then click "Next".

Step 4. On the "Internet E-mail Settings (POP3)" screen, enter your information as follows:
Your Name - This is the name that your recipients will see when you send a message. E-mail Address - Your full e-mail address. User Name - Your full email address (The same as above). Password - The password that was set when the e-mail account was created in cPanel. Incoming mail server (POP3) - mail.yourdomain.com.au Outgoing mail server (SMTP) - The outgoing mail server supplied by your ISP. (eg. mail.optusnet.com.au, mail.bigpond.net)

Step 5. Click Finish.
